Job Description
Muscat Duty Free is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Oman! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.
In this role, you will be expected to:
– Greet customers and assess their needs
– Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
– Make recommendations and assist with purchases
– Ensure that the store is clean and organized
– Assist with stock management and merchandising
Qualifications
In order to be hired as staff at Muscat Duty Free, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
-Be at least 21 years of age
-Have a high school diploma or equivalent
-Possess excellent customer service skills
-Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
-Have a valid driver’s license
Prospective employees will also have to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Salary and Benefits
When it comes to working at Muscat Duty Free, salary and benefits are very competitive. We offer a starting salary of $1,000 per month plus medical insurance and a 401k retirement plan. After one year of employment, employees are eligible for a raise to $1,200 per month.
